Bloom within

This collection marks an important chapter in my artistic journey. One that still feels profoundly alive within me today. 

Each painting is an invitation to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are often overlooked or forgotten. The quiet places within us that deserve to be seen, honoured and celebrated.

The story

in 2023, I felt a strong urge to represent the power of what lives inside of us. Through the female muse and the language of flowers, I sought to express courage, strength ,longing, softness, hope, and transformation.

For many years, I struggled to express my emotions and opinions, often feeling invisible in the world around me. Painting became a way to reclaim my voice, trust my intuition and transform sensitivity into strength.

I knew then that I wanted to create pieces that remind us that our inner world holds immense beauty and value, even when we cannot always see it ourselves.

Throughout that summer, I spent countless hours documenting and painting flowers. I knew deep down they would be at the heart of my work one day. And somehow, that's exactly what happened. They quickly became a powerful symbol in this collection. I started to associate them with what we carry within us. A reminder that beauty, growth and strength exist quietly beneath the surface.

The creative process behind Bloom Within was guided by a desire to give form to what is often invisible: the richness, resilience and beauty that live within us.

The female muse and the flowers became the vehicles. Through layers of colour, texture and expressive brushwork, I tried to focus on creating atmosphere, emotion and movement. Colour plays a central role in this process, allowing me to express feelings that are often difficult to put into words.

Although these paintings were created a few years ago, their message feels even more relevant to me now. They represent the foundation of the artistic language I continue to build today, and I am finally ready to let them go out into the world and into the homes of collectors who resonate with their essence.
