Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return and refund terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right:

• Email us at studio@noemiholbrecht.com
• Return the artwork to:
  the address provided by the artist

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Refunds are processed once the artwork is returned in its original condition. Refunds are not possible after 14 days or if the item has been used or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom artworks are non-refundable and not eligible for return, as they are made to order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the issue.
• Once validated, you will be refunded for the purchase price and return shipping upon return of the item.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the artwork is returned and inspected.
