Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to Belgium and selected countries within Europe, including the UK. If your country isn't listed at checkout, don’t hesitate to reach out! We are happy to explore bespoke shipping options and will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 15 business days after full payment is received.

Please note:

• Delays may occur due to force majeure or if the Artist is traveling. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified via email.
• Custom artworks may have longer processing times; you will be informed individually.

3. Delivery & Risk

Ownership of the artwork transfers only after full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage during shipping is transferred to the Buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.

If there are delivery issues, the Artist will assist in filing claims with the shipping provider.

4. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details when applicable.
